what is dialog?
The “Dialog” is a dialogue between the nybl community, more specifically, taking the form of a phone conversation between two hosts discussing any topic. Unlike a typical phone call, you’re welcome to tune in.
Dialog will be the platform where nybl innovators come, share their insights, discuss industry trends, and showcase the innovative work they are doing at nybl.
where did the name come from?
“Dialog” started off as a variant spelling of “dialogue.” It is sometimes used to refer to a conversation. However, “dialog” is most common in a computing context, especially in the term “dialog box.”
With the same inspiration behind the name of ‘nybl’, which also comes from a computer term; dialog now becomes our community’s conversation.
what’s the inspiration behind the telephone?
Bringing a blast from the past, we were inspired by the dialogue between two friends on a phone-call sharing insights that would be relevant for those tuning it.
Keeping it real and less focused on the audience presence; the dialog is a show that must go on.
Upholding the raw spirit of nybl’s human focus, a telephone was and will always be the quickest way to connect and share a message, despite the advancements in technology.
